Missed calls, answered before they ring someone else
A missed call goes to voicemail, and the job goes to whoever picked up first. I set up an AI receptionist that answers for you and chases the follow-ups. $449 a month, with a five-page website included.

$449 is back after
2 jobs
2 jobs at $400 cover the month, and there is no setup fee to earn back first. These sliders have you losing about 9 jobs a month to voicemail, so the rest of it is yours.
I assume a third of missed callers would have booked, then halve it for the ones a text won’t catch. Admin time drops about 60%, not to zero. If it won’t pay for itself, I’ll say so.
To work it out from your own numbers instead of my assumptions, use the missed call cost calculator.
If this is you, a call is how we check it against your real week.

Keep scrolling and watch a Thursday evening handle itself.
You found out at breakfast. Every step above ran on its own.
The same evening, from their phone
Tap through it. Six messages, and you are asleep for four of them.

Sorry we missed you. What do you need a hand with?
Kitchen tap has been dripping all week and now the cupboard is wet.
Thanks, I have got that. Here are my free times this week, take whichever suits. If it is urgent, ring again and it will come through.Book a timecal.com/your-shop
Thanks, I booked for Tuesday 8 AM.
Hope this morning went well. If it did, a review helps more than you would think.
The call rings out, and the customer is already looking at the next number.
That is three taps. Your week has about forty of these in it.

What I actually set up
Set up in four days on your real number and calendar. A shop losing calls and a clinic losing no-shows need different things. Phone answering is included either way.
How the work reaches you
Seconds after you miss a call, the caller gets a text asking what they need.
A form sent at half ten at night gets an answer in seconds, not the next morning.
It takes the details and books the job. Included, with 300 answered minutes a month. Ring it above before you decide.
Turning it into a job
Unanswered quotes get a nudge on day three and day seven. That’s usually a job a month you weren’t getting.
One link showing your real hours. They pick a slot and nobody phones anybody.
While it is running
A reminder the day before and that morning. If you book appointments, this one usually pays for the rest.
Your weekly pricing and availability questions get drafted answers. Send them as they are or edit first.
After it is done
The morning after a job, a text goes out with your Google review link. Every time.
Several job-management tools already include review requests and online booking that most people never switch on. If yours does, I’ll say so.
Plenty of people sell this. Here is what is different
Most automation on sale is the same handful of platforms with a new logo. What you’re choosing between is terms, and these are mine.
What it costs
The website on its own is a one-time build from the pricing page, starting at $999. Two different doors, and nobody pays through both.
How it works for your trade: plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, dental clinics and salons. Weighing it up against voicemail or an answering service?
Every one of those texts is regulated in Canada
Canada’s anti-spam law treats a business text as a commercial message, with penalties up to $10 million. Most guidance online assumes you may send until someone opts out. Here you need a basis before the first message.
Someone who just rang you, or you just did work for, counts. It still has to be built that way, with the basis recorded and a working unsubscribe on every message. I already build under this law every day for my own outreach.
Book a call
Nothing to prepare. I look at your week and tell you in writing what is worth paying for, even if the answer is nothing.
Questions people ask before they hire
Why not buy this straight from one of the big platforms?
You can, and for some businesses that’s right. The subscription won’t pick what fits your week or word it for Canadian consent law. If your job-management tool already covers it, I’ll say so.
Do I have to learn a new app?
No. It runs on the number and calendar you already have. You just have less to remember.
What if it answers a customer badly?
The text-back and reminders only send wording you approved. Phone answering writes its own replies, so ring the number on this page and test it before you buy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, no notice period, nothing to pay to leave. The website is yours free after twelve months paid, or $1,000 to take it earlier; otherwise it comes down with the plan.
What happens to the automations if I leave?
Anything inside software you own, like your job-management tool or inbox, keeps working. Anything on my platform stops. You get the list before you pay.
Why is there no setup fee?
Setup is four days of the same work as the rest. Month to month means I have to keep being worth it.
Does this help me show up on Google?
Yes, in two ways. Every customer is asked for a Google review after the job, and reviews help decide who shows in the map. The five-page website comes with your Google Business Profile set up and is built so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
I already have a website. Do I still pay $449?
Yes, the price is the same. Use the five pages or ignore them. If your site is the problem, the new one replaces it.
What does the website actually get me?
Five pages, the basic tier, built by me with the assistant on them. A shop, a spreadsheet you edit or a link into software you already run is a separate build, quoted on top from the pricing page.

One call, nothing to prepare. If the numbers say don’t bother, I’ll say so.
