The Field Test: your website, used like a customer would
Most free audits are a robot’s complaint list about your code. This is five tests of whether a customer can hire you, answered with recordings, not scores.

- Your site field-tested like a customer would use it, failures on video.
- All five tests: 10-second, 11pm, every phone, AI, and your street.
- A fixed price to fix all of it, with no meeting required.
What the five tests check
- The 10-Second Test. A scripted phone session tries to do the one thing your business needs: reach your number, your booking, tonight’s hours. We time it. If it fails, you watch it fail on video.
- The 11pm Test. Most people look you up after close. Can your site take an order, booking or request when nobody is there?
- The Every-Phone Test. Your site at screen sizes from a small iPhone to a big monitor, scrolled end to end. Breakage gets photographed at the exact size it happens.
- The AI Test. Customers now ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI for recommendations. We check whether AI can read your site at all.
- The Street Test. The same measurements against local businesses in your industry, taken with the same instruments, so “slow” becomes “slower than most of your street.”
Every number in the report says how it was measured, and every failure has a recording or screenshot behind it. The same tests get re-run on the rebuild before launch, so you see the before and after side by side.

What happens after you send it
You get a reply from me, Joe, usually the same day, with a private link to your report: the recordings, the five results and the price. If your site passes, you get told that instead, which happens more often than you would expect.
Nothing is added to a mailing list and nobody calls you unless you ask to be called.
Questions people ask before they hire
Is the Field Test really free?
Yes, and it is not a sales call in disguise. You get the recordings, the five test results and a fixed price by email. If you never reply, nothing further happens.
Who replies to the form?
Joe Jagtap, who runs Droom and does the work. Usually within a few hours during Vancouver business hours, and always within 24 hours on a weekday.
What if I do not have a website at all?
Then the Field Test covers your Google Business Profile instead, which for a business with no site is usually where the customers are already looking.
Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. Most clients are in the Lower Mainland, but the build process is remote and works anywhere in British Columbia.
